The Ruby Expedition 69 Extended Pilothouse is a custom built to order vessel capable of traveling the world in safety, comfort and style.  She boasts a steel hull for safety during open water passages.  The superstructure can be built of either steel or aluminum.

Space has been designed into this vessel to provide accommodations for six, plus all the facilities expected by today’s cruising yachtsman.  The engine room has standing headroom and more than sufficient space to hold all the machinery necessities one needs to feel at home on the water.  Single screw or twin, it will all fit in there with room to spare.

The suggested lower deck arrangement of the Ruby Expedition 69 EP features a full width master stateroom forward, with queen-size bed, and an ensuite head.  Two guest staterooms are also included, along with a washer and dryer in the hallway.   Guest Stateroom 1 is portside amidships and features two twin beds.  The second guest stateroom is on the starboard side amidships and has upper and lower berths.

Although quite stable by herself, optional active or passive stabilizer fins, or “flopper stoppers”, and a bulbous bow can be added to reduce roll and pitch.  A bow thruster can easily be added to help make docking a snap.

To assure quality, the Ruby Expedition 69 EP will be certified by the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA) in accordance with American Boat & Yacht Council (ABYC) standards, as well as other certifications as required.
